Blossom & Credit’s securities business is always the core business of Blossom & Credit. Over the past 20 years since Blossom & Credit’s establishment, it has achieved abundant results through unremitting efforts, and educated many lawyers specializing in securities, which establishes a solid foundation for the talent pool. The main business covers: legal services for IPO and backdoor listing; legal services for mergers and acquisitions of listed companies; other legal services of listed companies (including but not limited to refinancing, employee stock ownership plans, equity incentives, etc.); legal services for bond financing; and legal services for listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ, also known as the New Third Board).
